Who I am — and why choose me?
I am a Czech advokát registered with the Czech Bar Association and a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, on the roll of the Law Society of England and Wales. This dual qualification lets me offer clients distinctive legal services under both Czech and English law.
Alongside my own practice I act as legal counsel to a family office investing in early-stage start-ups across Europe and the United States, and in private equity. I am a co-founder of Freedia — an AI platform that automates routine legal tasks for lawyers, such as due diligence. So I understand start-ups and investors from both sides of the table.
I believe law is a powerful instrument that shapes society as a whole. My aim is to make first-rate legal services accessible and understandable. Even complex matters can be explained clearly.

- A distinctive big-data approach to law: instead of saying that something is usually done a certain way, I can show what the market standard actually is — and prove it with data.
